About your CUSTOM COMPLETE audio production
Our "Custom Complete" package starts you off with a complete custom written script that includes between six and eight "single thought" paragraphs 15 to 30 seconds in length. With our "Custom Complete" package we talk about whatever is most important about your business including products, services, specials, holiday hours, customer service, company history... anything! We have an special content gathering section that allows you to submit information about your company directly on our Website.

We then record your script via digital recording equipment with one or more of our voice actors. We use only professionals having years of experience in this field. You may choose all male voice or male with alternating female "courtesy" greetings (note: all female custom voicing at a slight additional charge).

Next, we digitally mix the voice tracks with a background music track that you have chosen from our sizable library. We supply you with a link to our password protected on-line music audition site where you listen to 30 second "clips" from among a wide array of texture and tempo styles.

About your CUSTOM LITE audio production
Our "Custom Lite" package starts you off with alternating personalized and non-personalized courtesy greetings. With this level of service we greet callers with your actual company name and let them know a representative will be with them shortly. Next we alternate with a generic greeting again assuring your caller someone will be with them momentarily. These brief messages (4 to 8 seconds in length) occur approximately every 30 seconds.

Your greetings (personalized and non-personalized) are recorded via digital recording equipment with one or more of our professional voice actors having years of experience in this field. You choose from either all male or alternating male / female voice talent (note: all female voicing at a slight additional charge).

About your COURTESY ONLY audio production
Our "Courtesy Only" package includes a series of brief courtesy greetings thanking your clients for calling and assuring them that you will be with them momentarily. Please note these are non-personalized greetings that do not mention your company name and should be used when only extreme limited budgets are available. Still, your greetings are read by professional voice actors with years of experience, and you may choose between male, female or alternate male / female greetings.

While we do not offer our entire music library for our Courtesy Only production, we do offer several genres of choice for this package including Contemporary Pop, Easy, Rock, Country, Corporate or Holiday. You will get to audition these selections "on-line" to make sure you pick just the style that best represents the feeling of your organization (click here to audition samples). For an additional $20 we'll open up our entire online music library for you to custom select a song of your choice.

Finally we master your production to a cassette designed to load into your Nel-Tech Labs SoundBrick® (Model 500), Bogen® ProHold™ (PRO4/DMOH), HSR (HSR4/DMOH), MMT (MMT34, DMOH) Digital "Auto-Load" Recorder/Player. Should you wish to upgrade to one of our custom packages down the road, we'll even include a discount on that upgrade! Remember, with this package you will still own one of the Bogen® "Auto-Load" Professional Digital Record/Playback units!

	About our Digital Recorder/Playback "Auto-Load" models
	The Nel-Tech Labs SoundBrick® and Bogen® Pro4 ProHold™ are the current production models. The Bogen® HSR and MMT are previous models. These Pre-Owned Digital units have been specially hand-selected for either of the above packages. Your Digital Player has been cleaned and sanitized, then electronically and mechanically restored to its original specifications, then certified by our own lab. While one may contain some light surface use and another an occasional color fade, most importantly they sound & work as they did new. We back them up with our one year repair/replace Warranty. These units retail (or retailed) for about $500 new (just for the player) so you can see just how much you are saving with any of these packages. We include a user's manual, AC "wart" power supply, audio connecting wire, adapter plugs & jacks, rubber feet (wall mount or desktop), wall mount template and wall mounting hardware. The same as when purchased new. These units are complete and may include the rebranding of model name or number from AT&T/Lucent Technologies/Avaya, or Magic On Hold™, Inter-Tel, etc. . Connecting to your PBX/KSU Key phone system or other interface is so simple that in almost every case there is no need to ever call your phone maintenance person. Once connected to your system's audio input (MOH) jack you simply open the Nel-Tech Labs SoundBrick® motorized door or the ProHold™, HSR or MMT transport door, drop in your audio cassette, close the door and walk away. The unit's microprocessor loads the audio one-time into its internal "Digital" memory to be electronically "looped." The only time your cassette or transport is utilized, is during the initial load or reload procedure. This method insures a longtime use of the cassette and transport since they actually only operate a few minutes a year giving you dependable trouble free service.
