Satisfaction Policy:

We want you to be happy with any audio production, telephone message on-hold, auto-attendant prompt, voice-over, narration, commercial or other purchase from Powers Productions. If there is a problem, we'll try to make it right. We value your business with us, and want to serve you for a very long time!

Return Policy:


ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR CONTACT AND RETURN PERMISSION ISSUED, OR NOT RETURNED IN/WITH ORIGINAL MATERIALS (INCLUDING SHIPPING MATERIALS) MAY BE REFUSED! CONTACT US BEFORE the RETURN OF ANY ITEM. ITEM RETURNED MUST BE VIA A TRACKABLE SHIPPING SERVICE, AND INSURED FOR FULL PURCHASE PRICE Example: US Postal Mail (USPS other than USPS EXPRESS MAIL) is generally not trackable. Purchasing "Shipping Confirmation" only confirms successful delivery or non-successful delivery. Your item will not be trackable with a Shipping Confirmation option.

We hope you enjoy your purchase from Powers Productions, however if you need to return all or part of your purchase ordered from us (without requesting an item exchange), WITHIN 15 DAYS OF YOUR PURCHASE, you will be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the item(s) purchase price, or $10.00, whichever amount is greater, and a minimum shipping recovery charge of $6.50 or actual original shipping charges, whichever is greater.. These fees fund the actual costs of inspecting (lab inspect), restocking, shipping and any administration that may be incurred.

Please note: All original materials and packaging must be returned. The item must be in "New/Never Used/Resalable" condition if purchased "New", or in "Same As" condition if purchased "Pre-owned." NOTE: Credit can only be issued if the item returned is in original resalable condition, including item, ALL materials and original packaging. Upon return shipment, care must be given to the original item manufacturer packaging and must be carefully shipped inside another box. The exception to this is if a pre-owned item was purchased, item must be returned in its own box, including original or adequate padding to protect item in shipment.

Defective Equipment:
Powers Productions will replace defective equipment within 15 days from the date of your purchase. Please note: SAVE ALL ORIGINAL MATERIALS AND PACKAGING IN CASE OF RETURN FOR EXCHANGE ! All original materials and packaging must be included with your returned item. It is your responsibility to inspect your purchase for proper operation upon receipt.  Should a return be necessary, you must contact us for permission to return that item for exchange. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned equipment, and verification that the item is indeed defective, a replacement will be shipped back to you, shipping prepaid. Normal turnaround time is approximately 5 business days. For faster processing a new order may be placed for the same item and paid in full. Upon receipt of your returned equipment credit will be issued to your account (including shipping).

You ordered the wrong item:
If it is determined you ordered the wrong item of any purchase price less than three-hundred dollars ($300.00), the item may be returned within 15 days of purchase, provided all rules listed above (Return Policy) have been followed. If your purchase price exceeds $300.00, the item may be accepted for return with specific prior permission on an item-by-item basis. If you are returning the item without purchasing another "correct" item of equal or greater value, our "20% restocking policy plus shipping recovery charge" will be in effect. If you are returning your item and then proceed to order the "correct" item from us, a 15% restocking policy plus shipping recovery charge" will be in effect. IN ALL CASES, the item must be in "New/Never Used/Resalable" condition if purchased "New", or in "Same As" condition if purchased "Pre-owned." NOTE: Credit can only be issued if the item returned is in original resalable condition, including item, ALL MATERIALS AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Upon return shipment, care must be given to the original item manufacturer packaging and must be carefully shipped inside another box. The exception to this is if a pre-owned item was purchased and shipped to you in only one shipping box, the item must then be returned in its own or properly padded box.

Please Note: If your item is returned in less than "New/Never Used/Resalable" condition (if purchased "New"), or if your item is returned in less than "Same As" condition, if purchased "Pre-owned," we may refuse to issue a refund of all or part of that portion of your purchase price that may be refundable. In the case of a "New" or "Pre-owned" purchase returned to Powers Productions with less than the full refundable amount allowed (generally due to product damage you caused, or missing parts or materials of the original shipment), you will have the option to have the item returned to you at your cost to continue ownership (you already own it), or be charged an appropriate amount to return the item to the original "New" or "Pre-owned" state.

Nonreturnable Items:
Not all items may be returned, and may include special purchase items, custom manufactured items, custom recorded productions, and others. Please check with us to find out if your are purchasing a nonreturnable items.

Shipping Charges:
A minimum shipping recovery charge of $6.50 or actual shipping charges, whichever is greater, will be charged for all returned equipment not covered by a defective equipment situation or warranty issue.. This is not an additional charge, but is a charge to recover our original shipping charge incurred.

Item Damaged During Shipping:
If your package arrives with obvious damage that occurred during shipping, please notify the shipper before accepting the package, and have the shipper file a Damaged In Shipment claim. If your item was damaged in shipment and noticed after you accepted the package, please contact Powers Productions within 2 business days of acceptance so that we may assist you in filing the proper shipping damage documentation with the shipper, and begin the process of having your item replaced. Failing to contact us within a limited time may result in the shipper not accepting responsibility for the damage, and releasing Powers Productions from any replacement responsibility. CONTACT US!

Refused Packages:
Should the item(s) you purchased be refused when delivery is attempted, our standard restocking fee of 20% plus any original and return added shipping costs for the shipped order will be billed.

Warranty Information:
Many of the items purchased from Powers Productions will include either a Manufacturer's Warranty or our Powers Productions Repair/Replace Warranty. Warranty coverage varies from piece to piece. It is your responsibility to understand warranty coverage when purchasing from Powers Productions. If your understanding of a warranty coverage is not clear, please ask us to explain your coverage. Shipped items will include specific warranty information for that item.

Issuing Credit or Refund for Returns:
Powers Productions will credit your account or refund your purchase, to the extent of the refundable amount as assessed above. This credit or refund will commence after the returned item has been inspected in our Lab as to the returned state of the item. This usually takes place within 48 business hours after we have accepted and received the item.
