CK-1A The CK1A "Hold
Button" Adapter was designed to provide Music/Message On
Hold "Specifically" for the AT&T E2462 PP two
line cordless telephone system. This Music/Message On Hold unit
sits under the main E2562 base phone and has a small light board
that attaches to the top of the base phone to give you continued
line indication on the base phone. There are two "Tabs"
that fit directly over the Line 1 and Line 2 phone buttons.
Since the "Tabs" with integral light sensors are directly
over the lighted buttons, you will be accessing Line 1 and 2
by pressing the "Tabs" directly over the desired button,
and works perfectly well. View additional pictures below to
see how this works. This one unit can be used by all of the
phones in an E2462 system.
The unit works automatically in the background every time you
press the HOLD button on any of your E2462 phones (including
the cordless handsets!). This unit lets your message sound its
best "On-Hold" from Cassette Players, CD Players,
PC Sound Card Output, or any Powers Productions Digital Player
(including our Pre-owned models)... in fact, the CK-1A is looking
for any kind of audio you would like to supply it. The CK-1A
Music/Message On Hold unit is much better than most any other
telephone Music On Hold adapter currently on the market, short
of buying an expensive telephone KEY system (PBX/KSU).
